How Does It Work?

How to use the Everstplunge cold plunge pool

This system combo is the most effective and simple to use. Simply inflate the tub using the supplied pump, connect the inlet and outlet pipes to the Chiller using a simple hand tight valve, turn on the chiller, and after it has self primed it will start to chill and filter the water, taking the water temperature down to a frosty 3°C or to a temperature you require , simply set on the chiller interface .

How long should you stay in cold water?

Cold water therapy works best with the right combination of time and temperature. For example, if you're in 10°C water, we recommend staying in for no more than 10mins.

Temp to Time Examples

1°C = 1min Submersion
3°C = 3min's Submersion
5°C = 5min's Submersion
10°C = 10min's Submersion
